The workers were very courteous and professional. They moved a heavy piano out off the room, and then moved it back in after they finished the floor. All work was done in a single day. I had One Day Custom floors come out and do our garage floor and they did an amazing Job on the floor.From the start: Phone calls were answered or forwarded to a real person (the owner, Chris Phillips).An estimated guess was given at the time of the call and after they came out, a final quote was emailed to us with a schedule time.When they showed up the crew, Sean, Mya, and Arturo were very professional. Our garage floor used to be horrible with cracks, pitting, and holes. We reached out to One Day Custom Flooring after already getting quotes from other companies using the two day process. Chris and herb were able to answer all my questions. Went the extra mile find somebody that would allow me to look at their floor. When the three person work crew came out to install my floor they were on time and explained each step that they were going to do. The garage floor that they were working on was in a two-car garage.They started at 8:30 a.m. and finished approximately at 1:30 p.m.. The next day I was able to walk on it and was really surprised on how nice it looked. I am now working with Chris to have more work done.

The crew was great. We had our basement done with a polyurea coating, and there were several rooms and additional closets, including a utility room. They even assisted in moving some heavier objects from the garage before getting started. Floor looks great now just the test of time starts. We just built a new home and we were looking to protect the garage floor. I did my research and decided that I wanted something better than epoxy for my 1350 sq. foot floor. This was my second time using One Day Custom Floors for a project at my home. Our first project was resurfacing the storage area of our basement with Polyurea-Polyaspartic Floor Coating. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the entire process starting with the onsite quote provided by Herb, who was very knowledgeable of their product and capabilities. Cody and his crew did a fantastic job in preparing the concrete floor, by grinding the entire floor, repairing all pits and cracks, applying a moisture vapor barrier before coating. One Day Custom Floors allowed us to choose the color mix of chips using a polyurea base, a polyaspartic clear top coat, and a slip resistant upgrade. They left our property spotless. Concrete Resurfacing & Polyurea - Polyaspartic Floor Coating of our previously remodeled basement floor. We replaced a prior floor that had been destroyed by a flood and feel confident that this new floor will be flood and moisture proof. The color of the floor coupled with the existing walls, molding, fireplace and doors made this an inviting space again. Our only disappointment is that the 15 year warranty is not transferable as we intend to place our home on the market soon and we intend to show off the floor to buyers. The photo below is without the molding we will install. We will add photos later once we our new molding arrives and we install it. Sorry, we didn't take a before photo but we are including a shot a pile of flooring and subflooring we had to rip out.

We had Chris and his team out to do the polyurea-polyaspartic floor coating in both our basement and our garage. The house is a new build, and the work ended up getting delayed due to our closing getting delayed. Chris worked with us to make sure we were able to get the job done in our tight move-in time frame, and the team was still able to get the whole job done in one day even though we couldn't get started until noon. Had a great experience with One Day Custom floors. They were competitively priced and did outstanding work to our old, pitted garage floors. I wish we'd done this years ago.My only complaint was that the walls weren't well covered (shelving, etc.) and it got dust everywhere. Chris was apologetic and responsive - he was there first thing the next morning to clean up. Unfortunately, we still found it necessary to remove and individually clean everything that had been in the garage while the work was being done.Nonetheless, we're still delighted with the outcome. I think the before & after pictures speak for themselves.
